Returns & refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order of any Muihā product. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no product return required.

For subsequent orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged items. Opened items are non-refundable except where the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us immediately at hello@muiha.com. We will resolve the issue promptly — a replacement or full refund will be issued at our discretion.
